Real Life Elders

At Real Life we currently have four lay elders; Paul Boney, Pat Pierce, Bing Verbist, Alex Morris and four staff elders; Pastor Freddy T. Wyatt, Pastor Ben Reed, Pastor Clay Knight and Dr. Rob Simpson. Within this full team of elders we have a subset called Directional Elders (Paul, Pat, and Alex) who partner with Pastor Freddy T. to carry the big picture vision and direction for our church. Our full body of elders meet every other month (and as needed) with a focus on prayer during our meetings and our Directional Elders meet the alternate months (and as needed) and usually focus on vision or sensitive pastoral matters. Directional Elders serve three year terms with a year of rest and recharge before the option of reactivating.
