2 Timothy 4:6 — “Poured Out / Departure”
- Paul describes his life as being “poured out like a drink offering.” In your own life, what does sacrificial obedience actually look like — not theoretically, but practically?
- Chaplain Joe Sherwin emphasized that Paul didn’t see his death as “the end” but as a “departure.” How does having a clear sense of our ultimate destination reshape how we live today?
Fighting the Good Fight
- Where do you sense the spiritual battle most clearly right now? (family, mind, habits, anxiety, temptation, marriage, work, etc.)
- Paul said he “fought the good fight.” What helps you stay focused on the right fight and avoid being distracted by lesser ones?
Finishing the Race
- Hebrews 12 calls us to “lay aside every weight.” What are some weights—not necessarily sins—that slow you down spiritually?

- Strength for the Fight: Pray for courage and clarity in whatever spiritual battles group members are facing. Pray for discernment to fight the right fight.
